Cona brings a unique combination of personal experience, local knowledge, professional training, and genuine care to every real estate transaction. Originally from Maine, she attended college in Connecticut before spending time in Texas and ultimately joining the U.S. Army, where she met her husband. As a military family, they experienced several moves of their own, including living in Germany, giving Cona firsthand experience with the challenges and excitement that come with relocating.

Cona has called the Fayetteville area home for more than a decade and has developed a strong understanding of Fayetteville and the surrounding communities. Her experience as both a veteran and military spouse gives her a special appreciation for the needs of military families moving to and from the Fort Bragg area.

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Cona has specialized training to help military families, relocating clients, and homebuyers navigate the buying process with confidence. Prior to real estate, Cona worked as a school counselor with military-connected students and within the local school system, further deepening her connection to the families and communities she now serves.

For nearly four years, Cona has proudly been part of Townsend Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important financial and personal decisions they will make. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a military family preparing for a PCS, a homeowner ready to sell, or someone relocating to the Fayetteville area, Cona focuses on making the process organized, informed, and as stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Cona enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and getting together with family and friends.
